The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation has opened a criminal case on a terrorist attack after an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on a private house in the village of Kukuyevka, Kursk region, as a result of which a local resident was injured. This was announced on April 18 by the official representative of the department Svetlana Petrenko.
The attack took place on May 2, a drone strike was carried out against civilians. The investigators classified the incident as a terrorist act (paragraphs "a", "b", part 2, art. 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
"Militants from an unmanned aerial vehicle attacked a private household in Kukuyevka, where a married couple was carrying out landscaping work. As a result of the targeted dumping of an explosive device, a civilian was wounded by shrapnel," the UK's Telegram channel says.
The victim informed the military investigators about all the circumstances of the incident. Those involved in the crime will be identified and brought to justice.
On May 17, military investigators opened a criminal case of a terrorist attack on the injury of a civilian as a result of the shelling of a parking lot in the village of Budishche in the Kursk region by AFU militants. The victim told investigators that after getting out of the car, she noticed two drones above her, and one of them was dropped. After the explosion, the woman lost consciousness.
