Bags with body parts of a man were found in Moscow


Bags with the dismembered body of a man were found in the northeast of Moscow, and a murder case has been opened. This was reported on May 18 in the capital headquarters of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.
It is specified that one bag was found on the night of May 17-18 near an apartment building on Zapovednaya Street. According to the agency, inside was the body of a man with severed limbs. Later, a second bag with fragments of the deceased's body was found in the Yauza park area on Menzhinsky Street.
A criminal case was opened on this fact under Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Murder"). During the inspection, investigators and criminologists examined the incident sites, interviewed local residents, and also seized and viewed footage from surveillance cameras.
"The identity of the attacker has been established. It turned out to be an acquaintance of the victim, born in 1989. Currently, the person involved has been detained and taken to the department's department. The necessary investigative actions are being carried out with him," the Telegram channel of the GSU IC of Russia in Moscow says.
On March 1, two suitcases with human remains were found on the slope leading from Slavyanskaya Street to the Neva River in St. Petersburg. A criminal case was opened on this fact under Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Murder"). It was clarified that the suitcases were found by a St. Petersburg man who was training and swimming nearby.
