An accident involving two cars occurred in the Lefortovo tunnel in Moscow, as a result of which one of the cars overturned. This was reported on May 18 in the press service of the metropolitan Department of Transport.

"An accident involving two cars occurred in the Lefortovo tunnel (PK23+20.50 km), followed by the overturning of one of them," the Telegram channel says.

As a result of the accident, traffic was impeded by 1.2 km.

Currently, operational service personnel are working at the scene of the accident. There is no information about the victims yet, the circumstances of the incident are being established.
