Putin instructed to modernize energy facilities in Russia

Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed to consider the issue of modernizing energy facilities in Russia. This was reported on the Kremlin's website on May 17.

It was also instructed to modernize fuel and lubricants warehouses, including by providing state support to investors implementing projects to modernize such facilities under energy service contracts and concession agreements.

In addition, Putin instructed the government and Gazprom to ensure the completion and commissioning of the Volkhov–Murmansk gas pipeline by 2030, the statement said.
