Three people died in a fire in the Bryansk region.


In the town of Seltso, Bryansk region, a house caught fire on the night of May 17, killing two men and a woman. This was reported by the Regional Main Directorate (GU) of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations.
"At night, a one—story private apartment building caught fire in the village of Seltso in the Pervomaisky microdistrict on Kolkhoznaya Street," the agency said in a Telegram post.
Firefighters found the bodies of 57-year-old and 63-year-old men and a 65-year-old woman while dismantling burnt structures. The fire destroyed the roof of the house and damaged all property.
It is specified that five employees and two pieces of equipment of the Ministry of Emergency Situations worked to eliminate the fire. The fire was extinguished on an area of 54 sq. m.
The causes of the fire are currently being investigated.
Earlier, on May 13, in Murmansk, a man died as a result of a fire in an apartment building. 20 residents of the building were evacuated. The total fire area was 20 sq. m.
