Su-25 crews of the Russian Air Force destroyed a stronghold and personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Crews of attack aircraft on Su-25 aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces (VKS) destroyed personnel and a stronghold of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the area of responsibility of the South group of forces. The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation on Saturday, May 17, showed footage of the combat work of attack aircraft in the area of a special military operation.

The planes took off in pairs, and the missiles were launched from low altitudes. After carrying out the attack, the crews conducted a maneuver, released false thermal targets to protect against possible enemy missile launches, and then returned to the departure airfield.

After the flight, the aircraft were inspected by specialists of the engineering and technical staff, the necessary maintenance work was carried out on aircraft equipment and its preparation for the next combat mission.

Earlier, on April 28, the Russian Defense Ministry said that the crews of attack aircraft on Su-25 aircraft with the use of aviation weapons attacked the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the area of responsibility of the South group of forces.
