On May 16, two unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) were destroyed by air defense systems from 18:40 to 20:30 Moscow time The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) over the Belgorod region. This was reported by the Russian Defense Ministry.
"In the period from 18:40 to 2030 Moscow time, two Ukrainian aircraft—type unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed over the territory of the Belgorod region by air defense systems on duty," the agency's Telegram post says.
