A moped driver was killed in a collision with a dump truck on the Primorsky highway

In Primorsky Krai, a moped driver was killed in a collision with a dump truck. The regional Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia reports this in its Telegram channel.

The accident occurred on Friday, May 16, on the 156th km of the A-188 Artyom–Nakhodka – Vostochny port highway. According to preliminary information, the 25-year-old driver of a Honda moped was heading from Nakhodka towards the Wrangel microdistrict when he drove into the oncoming lane and crashed into a dump truck.

As a result of the collision, the driver of the moped received various injuries, from which he died at the scene, writes IA PrimaMedia. On the fact of the incident, police officers began checking, all the circumstances are being established.

On the evening of May 4, a fatal accident involving a moped occurred on the A-121 Sortavala highway in the Leningrad region. A 63-year-old moped driver did not give way to a Mazda moving along the main road, the man died.
