A cyclist was killed when an APU drone struck in the Belgorod region.

A civilian was killed in a terrorist attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Shebekinsky district. This was announced on May 16 by the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov.

"A drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine purposefully attacked a man who was riding a bicycle near the village of Arkhangelskoye in the Shebekinsky district," the governor wrote on his Telegram channel.

The cyclist died on the spot from his injuries. The head of the region expressed his condolences to the family of the deceased.

On the same day, in the city of Shebekino, Belgorod region, the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked a car, as a result of which two civilians were injured. They were diagnosed with shrapnel wounds, barotrauma and concussion. Due to the enemy's attack, the vehicle was damaged.
