As a result of attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Kherson region, four people were killed during the day. This was announced on May 16 by the governor of the region, Vladimir Saldo.

"Enemy shelling led to the death of people in Velikaya Lepetikha, Malaya Lepetikha, Rybalcha and Zabarino," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

In addition, Saldo added that the Ukrainian army also attacked Alyoshki, Kakhovka, Novaya Kakhovka, Velikaya Lepetikha, Dneprany, Zabarino, Kardashinka, Podstepnoe and Obrachki.
