The Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov said that the Russian Federation and Ukraine reached an agreement on the exchange of prisoners according to the formula of 1 thousand for 1 thousand at the talks in Istanbul. His words on May 16 are quoted by the Ukrainian channel "We are Ukraine".
Umerov added that the Ukrainian side discussed first of all the ceasefire during the negotiations.
