The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation showed footage of combat work during the liberation of the Free Field in the DPR

The Russian Ministry of Defense on Friday, May 16, released footage of combat operations during the liberation of the Volnoye Pole settlement in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) by military personnel of the Vostok group of forces.

The ministry noted that the Russian army hit firing points and observation posts of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) using attack drones. In addition, she also deployed artillery crews to destroy enemy defenses. The Russian military also cleared houses of remnants of Ukrainian units.

The Defense Ministry stressed that the military personnel of the Vostok group of forces are successfully fighting against the Ukrainian military, step by step knocking out militants from populated areas.

The weapon was created taking into account the wishes of the fighters performing tasks in their area.

Earlier, the Ministry of Defense reported that the Russian Armed Forces (RF Armed Forces) liberated the village of Volnoe Pole in the DPR. They noted that the enemy had lost more than 1,130 military personnel, 15 armored combat vehicles and five electronic warfare and counter-battery warfare stations in this area.
