The Ministry of Emergency Situations told about the condition of the victims after the explosion at the plant in Bashkiria

Four men were taken to hospital after an explosion at a factory in Bashkiria. This was announced on May 16 by the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic.

"As a result of the incident, three men are in intensive care with severe burns, they are 51, 49 and 44 years old, respectively, and another man with pelvic contusions and fractures was released for outpatient treatment after receiving treatment," the department's Telegram channel says.

Currently, rescuers and firefighters are engaged in dismantling structures and searching for another victim, who, according to preliminary data, may be under the rubble. Unmanned aerial vehicles and dog training groups are used for these purposes.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Bashkortostan also reported that the first deputy head of the Main Department of the Department for the Republic, Eduard Idrisov, is working at the scene of the incident.

An explosion at the Candle LLC paraffin production plant in Bashkiria was reported earlier that day. 43 people and 17 pieces of equipment were involved in eliminating the consequences of the incident. The Regional Prosecutor's Office has launched an investigation into the incident.
