A business center will be opened in Tyumen on the site of a psychiatric hospital.

The business center will be built on the site of the regional psychiatric hospital, formerly located at 251 Republic Street in Tyumen. This was announced on Friday, May 16, according to the press service of the regional Department of Property Relations.

The new business center will be built as part of the integrated development of the territory. The contract states that a capital construction facility with the type of permitted use "business management" will appear within the boundaries of the territory.

According to the <url> news agency, the psychiatric hospital was demolished in 2024. The medical facility has moved to a building at 25 Energostroiteley Street, building 1/1.

Earlier in May, it was reported that more than 60 sites would be withdrawn in Tyumen for the reconstruction of the Perevalovo–Ushakov road. There are also plans to upgrade Tarskaya Street.
