With the approach of the unified state exam, scammers are becoming more active on the Internet, offering "guaranteed" ways to pass the EXAM effortlessly. On May 18, Victoria Podsukhina, a teacher and head of regional teaching at the educational company MAXIMUM Education, told Izvestia why all these proposals are a hoax and how an attempt to write off an exam could turn out.

The teacher dispelled three main myths that mislead graduates every year. The first one is about the opportunity to buy real USE assignments. She explained that the control and measuring materials are stored under the strictest security, are printed immediately before the exam at the examination sites and are reliably protected from leaks. Those who believe the promises of scammers receive, at best, old demos that have nothing to do with real exam assignments.

The second common myth, according to the expert, is the opportunity to find out the answers from those who have already passed the exam in a different time zone. The expert explains that to prevent such situations, different job options are being developed for each region. Even if someone manages to post their assignments online, they will be useless to other students.

Faith in the possibility of carrying cheat sheets or a phone turned out to be untenable. Modern examination facilities are equipped with the latest technology.

"The PES are equipped with video surveillance cameras, metal detectors and communication jammers. The organizers carefully check each participant, and observers monitor the process in real time. If you try to bring a phone or a cheat sheet, there is a high chance of being caught, and then the results will be canceled," warned Podsukhina.

She drew attention to the fact that attempts at deception can lead to serious consequences. Rosobrnadzor uses a sophisticated work verification system that detects matches in the responses. All video recordings are stored and reviewed if necessary. If violations are found, the results will be canceled, and it will be possible to retake the exam only after a year.

But the main danger, according to the expert, lies not in administrative measures. Having got used to looking for easy ways, a graduate turns out to be completely unprepared to study at a university, where cheating is quickly revealed and can lead to expulsion, Podsukhina noted. She urges you to focus on honest training, which will give you not only high scores on the Unified State Exam, but also solid knowledge for your future profession.

Earlier, on March 28, Anastasia Yekushevskaya, academic director of the Skysmart online school, told Izvestia how to effectively use the remaining time to prepare for the Unified State Exam and minimize stress. According to her, if a student decides to prepare in a short period of two to three months, it is better for him to focus on one subject in order to achieve a good result.
