In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Icar LLC was fined 10 million rubles for commercial bribery. This was announced on Friday, May 16, by the Prosecutor's office of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

"At the request of the prosecutor's office, a commercial organization was fined 10 million rubles for commercial bribery," the agency said in a Telegram post.

It is specified that in 2020, a contract for the supply of goods was concluded between Kramz-avto LLC and Icar LLC. The head of the first organization, having decided to make a profit on this agreement, offered the counterparty patronage for a "modest" fee.

As a result, the leniency of the buyer's management and the privileges granted cost the seller 2 million rubles, the prosecutor's office of the region noted. The head of the company's department received monetary rewards for patronage on an ongoing basis from the Deputy Chief Director of Icar LLC.

An administrative case has been initiated on this fact under Part 2 of Article 19.28 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Illegal remuneration on behalf of a large-scale legal entity"). As a result of its consideration, the court imposed a fine of 10 million rubles on Icar LLC.

The department added that criminal cases on giving and receiving bribes are currently in court.

Earlier, on May 13, Novocherkassk Mayor Yuri Lysenko was detained on suspicion of corruption crimes totaling more than 8 million rubles. His apartment and the city administration building were searched. The Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Rostov region reported that in 2024 Lysenko received a bribe from a developer in the form of a land plot and the provision of services in the form of the construction of an apartment building on it.

On May 15, it became known that Lysenko had been arrested in connection with a bribe case by the decision of the Leninsky District Court of Rostov-on-Don. A criminal case has been opened against him under Part 6 of Article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Receiving a particularly large bribe"). He did not admit his guilt.
