In the Komi Republic, dogs on a samovygule attacked a child. This was reported on Thursday, May 15, in the Telegram channel of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
"It is reported on social media that dogs attacked a child on a samovygule in the city of Inte. The girl was saved by a passerby," the message says.
The UK has organized a review of this incident. A report on the progress of the procedural audit and the established circumstances has been requested from the central office of the department.
The head of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, instructed the head of the Republican Investigative Department (SU) of the Investigative Committee, Andrei Isaev, to report on the progress of the investigation.
Earlier, on April 24, a source from Izvestia reported that a girl had been hospitalized in Dagestan after being bitten by a dog. It was clarified that an administrative protocol had been drawn up with respect to the child's parents under Article 5.35 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Failure by parents or other legal representatives of minors to fulfill their responsibilities for the maintenance and upbringing of minors").
