Roman Lavrynovych, a citizen of Ukraine, was charged with two arson attacks on real estate owned by British Prime Minister Keir Starmer. This was announced on Thursday, May 15, by the BBC Corporation.

He was arrested in Sydenham, south-east London, on Tuesday, the corporation added. On Friday, May 16, the man will appear before Westminster Magistrates' Court.
On May 12, the London Fire Service alerted police to a fire in a private house in the north of the capital owned by Starmer. Police officers arrived at the scene.
