Rostov beat Spartak and reached the superfinal of the Russian Cup

Rostov Football Club (FC) beat Spartak Moscow and reached the superfinal of the Russian Cup. The game took place at the Lukoil Arena stadium in Moscow and ended with a score of 2:1.

Midfielder Kirill Shchetinin (31st minute) and striker Nikolay Komlichenko (78th minute) scored for Rostov. Spartak's only goal was scored by striker Levi Garcia in the 76th minute of the match.

Rostov will face CSKA Moscow in the Russian Cup superfinal. The match will be held at the Luzhniki Stadium on June 1.

CSKA reached the superfinal of the Russian Cup a day earlier, when they beat Zenit St. Petersburg 2-0 at home. Matvey Kislyak and Tamerlan Musaev scored goals for the Army team.
