On May 15, Roskomnadzor informed Izvestia that a number of Internet services where failures were recorded were operating normally.
"On May 15, from 18:40 to 18:55 (Moscow time), the Center for Monitoring and Management of the Public Communications Network (CMU SSOP) recorded a malfunction in a number of Internet services. Currently, the services are operating normally," the message says.
