The Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov will lead the Ukrainian delegation at the talks in Istanbul. This was announced by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky on May 15.
He also noted that during his visit to Turkey, separate meetings will be held with representatives of the United States.
