By a court decision, the mayor of Novocherkassk in the Rostov region, Yuri Lysenko, was arrested in a case of receiving a bribe. This was reported on May 15 by a correspondent of Izvestia from the courtroom.

It is specified that a decision has been made to detain Lysenko until July 13.
