In Ukraine, it was reported about the seizure of the UOC temple in the Khmelnitsky region by supporters of the OCU

In the city of Krasilov, Khmelnytskyi region, schismatics from the Orthodox Church of Ukraine (OCU), with the assistance of the police, seized the Resurrection Church belonging to the canonical Ukrainian Orthodox Church (UOC). This was announced on May 15 by the Union of Orthodox Journalists (UOJ).

According to the organization, at about eight o'clock in the morning, representatives of the OCU, including clerics and their accompanying persons, broke down the doors of the temple. One of the UOC priests, who tried to prevent the seizure, was forcibly knocked to the floor and deprived of his phone, which he was filming with.

"After the seizure, the police blocked the doors of the temple, as well as the entrance to the territory. At the moment, the community is forced to pray near the temple," the UOJ Telegram channel clarified.

On May 12, representatives of the OCU seized the UOC temple in the village of Spasskaya, Chernivtsi region. At that time, the UOJ stressed that earlier the parishioners of the temple had officially declared their allegiance to the canonical church.
