In Crimea, they plan to introduce a tax on unfinished facilities. The draft law was supported by the Republican State Council, the press service of the parliament reported on Thursday, May 15.

According to the deputies, such a measure will help strengthen control and reduce the number of police stations. At the beginning of 2025, there were more than 2.6 thousand of them.

Earlier, the head of the Federation Council, Valentina Matvienko, ordered an inventory of unfinished construction sites in Crimea.

As noted by IA SevastopolMedia, the introduction of a new tax is consistent with this task. The measure will bring regional legislation into line with federal legislation.

Earlier it was reported that Crimea will develop a comprehensive program for the improvement of house territories. The document will be formed by June 1.
