The crew of the Ka-52M helicopter attacked the AFU drone control center

An army aviation crew on a Ka-52M helicopter struck the control center and the launch site of drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced by the Russian Defense Ministry on May 15.

"The crew of the army aviation on a Ka-52M helicopter struck the control point and the launch site of the Ukrainian Armed Forces UAV in the area of responsibility of the Center group of forces," the report said.

The ministry noted that the attack on enemy positions was carried out by aircraft missiles. After striking and successfully destroying the target, the crew performed an escape maneuver and returned to the departure airfield.

On May 12, crews of the Russian army's assault aviation on Su-25 aircraft carried out an airstrike on manpower and an AFU stronghold in the area of responsibility of the South group of forces. It was clarified that the attack was carried out using aircraft missiles at previously reconnoitered targets.
