The Russian delegation is in Istanbul and is waiting for representatives of Ukraine to begin negotiations. This was announced on May 15 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
"The Russian delegation is already in Istanbul, as it was said by the President [of Russia Vladimir Putin], and in the morning they are waiting for their counterparts from the Ukrainian side, who are not there yet," he stressed.
