A popular blogger girl was shot dead on social media in Mexico.

In Mexico, blogger Valeria Marquez was shot dead during a live broadcast on social networks. This was reported on May 15 by CNN.

During the broadcast, when a 23-year-old girl was chatting with her subscribers from her salon, someone came to the door to give a small package.

"The newspaper.Ru" clarifies that later an armed unknown man broke into the salon and opened fire. It is specified that after the shot, a man approached her phone, who turned off the recording. At the same time, subscribers were able to see the attacker's face for a moment.

According to the TV channel, with reference to the Prosecutor General's Office, the murder was committed on gender grounds.

On May 12, Yesenia Lara Gutierrez, a candidate for mayor of Texistepec, in the Mexican state of Veracruz, was killed during an election rally. In addition, three people were also killed and three others were injured as a result of the shooting.
