Zelensky announced contact with the United States amid talks in Istanbul

Ukraine is in contact with the United States amid talks between Moscow and Kiev in Turkey, and high-level meetings are expected. This was announced on May 15 by Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky.
"We are in contact with the American side, and I think they will also be at a high level [in Turkey]," said the head of the Kiev regime, whose words were broadcast on his office's website.
At the same time, Zelensky clarified that the final decision on the meeting of the Ukrainian delegations with Russia will be made only after its coordination with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Ankara.
