Chita authorities will allocate 7 million rubles for the renovation of three schools

About 7.2 million rubles in total will be allocated for major repairs of three schools in Chita. The money will come from the city budget and will be distributed for three years, said Tatyana Zelenskaya, head of the finance committee of the regional capital.

"2.8 million rubles have been allocated for the overhaul of schools No. 14, 25, 52 for 2026. 4.4 million rubles for 2027," the official said at a meeting of the budget committee, quoted by ChitaMedia news agency.

According to her, another 16 million rubles will also be allocated from the budget for the renovation of various educational institutions. The work will be carried out based on the results of the regulations issued by the supervisory authorities after the inspections.

Earlier it was reported that in 2025, the construction of four new schools will begin in different districts of Chita. The work will be carried out under a concession.
