Almost 100 garages will be demolished in Krasnoyarsk for the sake of a new road

In Krasnoyarsk, almost 100 garages on Gladkova Street will be demolished to build a two-lane road. Now the city authorities are looking for a contractor to dismantle the buildings.

We are talking about 96 facilities, currently 92 of them have been purchased. The initial cost of the contract is 13.5 million rubles.

According to the KrasnoyarskMedia news agency, the new road will run from 175 Sudostroitelnaya Street to Gladkova Street. The length of the roadway will be 358 m.

Earlier it was reported that landscaping works have begun in the center of Krasnoyarsk in preparation for the 400th anniversary of the city. There are plans to renovate 15 cross streets, four of them in the current season.
