China's armed forces are ready to work with Russia to deepen strategic mutual trust and expand cooperation. This was announced on May 15 by the official representative of the Ministry of National Defense of the People's Republic of China, Jiang Bin, his words are quoted on the agency's website.

Binh noted that military relations between the two countries have improved significantly in recent years. He drew attention to the fact that the military personnel of the Russian Federation and China conducted joint air patrols and naval exercises, as well as supported each other during important celebrations.

"Under the strategic leadership of the two heads of state, the Chinese military is ready to cooperate with the Russian side in order to further deepen strategic mutual trust, enhance strategic communications and expand practical cooperation," said the official representative of the Chinese Ministry of Defense.

The Russian leader called the relations between Russia and China a model of interstate communication.

Chinese President Xi Jinping, in turn, stressed at the talks with the Russian leader that states are obliged to steadily strengthen bilateral strategic cooperation and promote equal multipolarity.
