Maps dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Zenit appeared in the St. Petersburg metro

A limited edition Podorozhnik card dedicated to the 100th anniversary of FC Zenit has appeared on sale in the St. Petersburg metro. Such cards can be purchased starting today, May 15th.

Half of the edition is decorated in an anniversary style with a commemorative chevron, the rest of the cards are decorated with the image of the club's mascot, a blue-white-blue lion, the 78 TV channel reports.

Collectible "Plantain" is sold at metro ticket offices and at points of sale of travel cards. The cost is 90 rubles. A total of 100,000 such cards have been issued.

In early April, it was reported that the bas-relief of Vladimir Lenin was installed after restoration at the Udelnaya metro station in St. Petersburg. The object dedicated to the leader was mounted in its usual place — the end wall of the station. The restoration of Udelnaya is nearing completion. The station was closed for repairs in March 2024.
