Estonian military personnel attempted to force the ship to leave international waters for the territorial waters of the country. They would have been able to detain him there within the framework of the law.

The sailors of the Baltic Republic were also threatened with a battering ram. They tried to land troops from a helicopter twice. Estonia used the Rayu patrol boat, the Kurwitz patrol ship, an amphibious helicopter, a PZL M28 aircraft, and MiG-29 aircraft of the Polish Air Force.

In turn, JAGUAR continued to steer its course to Primorsk in accordance with the previous route.
