"Andrey Pavlovich Suldin left us at the age of 57. We express our deep condolences to the family and friends," the publication says.
Suldin was born in 1968 in Samara. He began his career in cooking at the age of 23 with the opening of a cafe in the Sovremennik Cultural Center. There he sold hand-made dumplings.
The brand "U Palycha" got its name from the patronymic of the founder. The first establishment of the trademark was opened in Samara in 1991. Six years later, in 1997, the company began to produce branded cakes. The brand has repeatedly become a winner at industry exhibitions, including international ones.
