For lighting an open fire in a suburban area in violation of the rules, administrative or criminal liability may be threatened. Vladislav Kim, a lawyer and head of the legal group, told Izvestia about this on May 14.

"If there was a violation of fire safety requirements, but this did not lead to a fire or destruction, damage to other people's property, or injury to health, then an administrative fine is imposed and it ranges from 5 to 15 thousand rubles," the expert explained.

He added that the fine is higher when the fire is lit under a special fire protection regime imposed by government authorities. In this case, you will have to pay from 10 to 20 thousand rubles. A fine of 40 to 50 thousand rubles, Kim said, will be imposed if the bonfire led to a fire, damage or destruction of other people's property, or mild to moderate harm to health.

"Criminal liability may occur if serious harm to human health or death has been negligently caused. Either as a result of careless handling of fire, forest plantations were destroyed or damaged, and significant damage was caused, that is, more than 10 thousand rubles," the lawyer noted.

Kim stressed that when using an open fire for cooking, you need to use special fireproof containers, barbecues and braziers. The distance from buildings, structures and structures must be at least 5 m. It is forbidden to leave the campfire unattended, and after frying it must be covered with sand, earth or water.

He added that under special fire protection conditions, garbage cannot be burned at the site. In addition, it is forbidden to do this on peat soil, under the crowns of coniferous trees or in leaky containers, with winds of more than 10 m/s. It is also forbidden to burn explosive and toxic substances and keep flammable liquids near the fire.

On May 10, Roskachestvo recalled that the law on silence applies not only in urban apartments, but also in suburban suburban areas. The ministry clarified that the sources of noise include loud conversations, whistling, music, fireworks, repair work and barking of pets. An administrative penalty in the form of a fine may be imposed for violation. In the Moscow region, the amount is up to 3 thousand rubles, in the Leningrad region — up to 2 thousand.
