- NATO aircraft and the Estonian Navy tried to hijack the JAGUAR ship in the Gulf of Finland

On Wednesday, May 14, NATO aircraft and the Estonian Navy attempted to seize a civilian JAGUAR ship in neutral waters bound for Primorsk under the flag of Gabon. Footage from the scene is available to Izvestia.
The Estonian military tried to force the ship to leave international waters and proceed to the territorial waters of the country. Tallinn would have every right to detain JAGUAR there.
The sailors of the Baltic Republic began threatening a civilian ship with a battering ram and twice attempted to land troops from a helicopter. In addition, they raised tactical aircraft, but the JAGUAR crew did not succumb to the provocation and continued to follow the same route, heading for Primorsk.
The Estonian side involved the patrol boat Rayu, the patrol ship Kurvitz, an amphibious helicopter, and the PZL M28 aircraft. In addition, MiG-29 aircraft of the Polish Air Force (VVS) were involved in the operation.
The Telegraph newspaper reported on January 18 that NATO members intend to block the exit of Russian warships from the Baltic Sea to the North Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. Military expert Alexei Leonkov, commenting on this, told Izvestia that attempts by the alliance countries to block the Russian Navy in the Baltic Sea would be a way to escalate tensions in the waters of this sea.
