- Naryshkin spoke about the dreams of politicians who left Russia to dismember it with the help of the West
Politicians who have left Russia from among the "urban lunatics" are hatching plans to divide the country into several parts. This was stated on May 14 by Sergey Naryshkin, Director of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR), during a round table dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the end of the Japanese occupation of Northern Sakhalin.
He added that these politicians are developing plans to change state power and divide Russia into several parts with the financial support of the West.
"We see that just as 100 years ago, today's geopolitical rivals, Russia's opponents, are still annoyed by the vastness of our country, its greatness, its human and natural resources. <...> We are well aware that even today there are small groups of so-called urban lunatics in our country. Thank God, most of them have liberated the territory of the Russian Federation from their presence," Naryshkin said.
On April 28, Sergey Naryshkin at the international symposium "On the significance of victory over Nazism. The lessons of the creation of the United Nations" stated the involvement of a number of Western European countries in all significant military conflicts of the last three centuries. He clarified that this applies to many conflicts, including the Seven Years' War of 1756-1763 and the Second World War.
