The full business program and the list of speakers have been published on the official website of the Caucasian Investment Forum, which will be held from May 25 to 27 in Mineralnye Vody. The central theme of the Forum will be "The Investment Path: Past, Present, and Future." In total, the business program includes more than 50 events, the main event is a plenary session with the participation of Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Alexander Novak. A meeting of the Government Commission on Socio-Economic Development of the North Caucasus Federal District will also be held within the framework of CIF-2025. The Forum is organized by the Roscongress Foundation with the support of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
CIF-2025 will be an important stage in the development of new strategies for the sustainable development of Russian regions. The event will create a platform for discussing the investment potential of the Territories and alternative methods of attracting capital, such as partnership financing and Islamic financial models, to overcome foreign economic sanctions and stimulate the growth of the domestic economy.

The Strategy for the Socio-Economic Development of the North Caucasus Federal District, approved by the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation, continues to be implemented, which defines the main directions, ways and means of achieving strategic goals of sustainable development and ensuring national security. I am confident that this year the Caucasian Investment Forum will once again become an important element of the development of the North Caucasus Federal District and a platform for the creation and implementation of new ideas and investment projects aimed at the future of our country and its generations," said Anton Kobyakov, Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation, Executive Secretary of the CIF–2025 Organizing Committee.
The business program of the Caucasian Investment Forum includes panel discussions, round tables and discussions covering a wide range of issues related to the development of investment potential in Russian regions: energy, transport and logistics, tourism, agro-industrial complex, healthcare, international cooperation, entrepreneurship and social initiatives. Among the participants of the Forum are representatives of the tourism business, the agricultural complex, transport, logistics and construction companies, the banking sector from the regions of the North Caucasus, the Southern Federal District, the CIS countries, the Caspian and Black Sea basins.
The heads of the Russian regions will take part in CIF-2025: the Republic of North Ossetia – Alania, the Stavropol Territory, the Astrakhan Region, as well as representatives of the Government of the Russian Federation and regional governments, heads of departments and state corporations, the business community, experts and opinion leaders. Among the participants: Grigory Gurov, Head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh), Maxim Protasov, Head of Roskachestvo, Yuri Chaika, Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the North Caucasus Federal District, General Director of Kavkaz JSC.Andrey Yumshanov, Director of the Association of Clusters, Technoparks and SEZS of Russia Mikhail Labudin, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Sergey Nazarov, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Dmitry Volvach, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Ivan Kulikov, Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation Alexey Yeresko, Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation Dmitry Platygin and others. The CIF-2025 business program will pay special attention to the role of the North Caucasus as a strategic transport hub connecting Eurasia, India and the Middle East through the North–South corridor. The Forum participants will be presented with projects aimed at developing the region's infrastructure and transforming it into a key export hub in Russia.
The Forum will also address issues of personnel policy and human resources potential, including adapting educational programs to the needs of regions, attracting young people and local specialists to major investment projects, as well as training qualified personnel capable of meeting modern challenges.
The topic of digitalization will be covered in a separate section dedicated to the modernization of public services and the introduction of new technologies in management. Experts will discuss the integration of digital solutions into public administration, the development of electronic document management and the use of artificial intelligence to improve the efficiency of government.
One of the important focuses on CIF-2025 will be the preservation of historical memory in the context of the 80th anniversary of victory in the Great Patriotic War. The sessions will address the issue of countering the distortion of history in the context of global information policy. The CIF-2025 program also includes sessions on the media industry and the development of creative industries. The focus is on geo–branding, PR strategies, marketing trends and effective methods of interaction between business and government agencies.
The Forum will also pay attention to tourism. The participants will consider options for innovative tourist routes and eco-routes aimed at attracting a youth audience and preserving the natural heritage of the Caucasus. Promising projects in agro-entrepreneurship and agrotourism will also be presented at CIF-2025.
On the first day of the Caucasian Investment Forum, a rich youth program will be held. The winners of the Second All-Russian Vershina Award, established to reward outstanding investment projects, organizations and individuals who make a significant contribution to the development of investment potential and economic growth in Russia's regions, will be awarded within the framework of CIF-2025. KIF participants and guests will enjoy rich cultural, sports and gastronomic programs that will present the rich culture and customs of all regions of the North Caucasus.
