Another truck manufacturer from China will be checked in Russia
The Central Interregional Territorial Administration (CSTU) of Rosstandart has begun an unscheduled on-site inspection of Sinotrak RUS LLC, the Russian subsidiary of the Chinese truck manufacturer Sinotruk. This follows from a copy of the department's order, which is available to Izvestia.
As follows from the document, the on-site inspection is carried out as part of the execution of the instructions of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov. It concerns the company's activities related to the release of wheeled vehicles into circulation prior to their operation.
"The on—site inspection is carried out within the framework of the federal state control (supervision) over compliance with the requirements established by the technical regulations for wheeled vehicles (chassis) and components of vehicles (chassis) in circulation," the order of the Central Technical Technical University of Rosstat states.
The inspection with the involvement of 18 experts from FSUE NAMI takes place from May 13 to 26 and includes, in addition to inspection, request and study of documents, as well as sampling, instrumental examinations, tests and examinations.
Earlier, on February 10, it became known that after conducting a similar check, Rosstandart revoked vehicle type approval for Chinese Shacman SX3258 trucks.
