On April 30, Moore reported that a state of emergency (emergency) had been introduced in the Tyumen Region due to flooding in five settlements of the Kazan and Abatsky districts. He noted that residents of settlements where a regional emergency regime will be established will be able to apply for one-time financial assistance.
