Armed forces formed by the Yemeni Ansar Allah movement (Houthis) attacked the Lod airport, known in Israel as Ben Gurion, in Tel Aviv, as a result of which all flights were temporarily suspended. This was reported on Tuesday, May 13, by Al Masirah TV channel with reference to the Israeli media.

"Air traffic at Ben Gurion Airport has been suspended as a result of a missile launch from Yemen," the publication says.

Yahya Saria, a representative of the group, confirmed on the TV channel that their rocket forces conducted a military operation aimed at Ben Gurion Airport, located in the occupied Yafa region. He clarified that this operation was carried out using a hypersonic ballistic missile.

Earlier, on May 11, Al Arabiya TV channel reported that Israeli aircraft had attacked the ports of Ras Isa, Hodeidah and Es Salif, which are located on the Red Sea coast in the Houthi-controlled province of Hodeidah in Yemen. According to the newspaper, at least 10 strikes were carried out at the port of Ras Isa.
