A modern industrial technology park will be built in Nekrasovka

As part of a large-scale investment project, a modern industrial technology park will be built in Nekrasovka. This was announced by Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry, on Tuesday, May 13.

The area of the facility will be over 5.3 thousand square meters, RT clarifies. It will be able to accommodate enterprises of high-tech industries that ensure a high level of energy efficiency and environmental friendliness of production, the Moscow City News Agency reports.

The site has good logistics, which will allow the entrepreneur to build optimal routes for the delivery of materials during construction. The Kazan direction of the Moscow Railway is located in the immediate vicinity, the North-Eastern Chord and the Novoryazanskoe Highway are nearby.

Thanks to the IAP, the development of urban infrastructure and the placement of additional jobs continues in the capital. As a result, the high dynamics of business activity is maintained, according to the website kp.ru .

Earlier, Sergei Sobyanin said that since 2016, more than 1.1 thousand hectares of land have been transferred to investors as part of the IPM, Moscow 24 reports.
