The Basmanny Court of Moscow has chosen a preventive measure in the form of detention for three suspects in an attempted murder in the center of the capital. This was reported on May 13 by a correspondent of Izvestia from the courtroom.

According to the investigation, on May 10, three suspects attacked an unknown young man who stood up for the girl, and then stabbed him several times. The incident occurred in Lubyansky passage. The victim is in the hospital.

It is specified that there is one minor among the attackers. All three were detained until July 10, 2025.

Earlier that day, it was reported that investigators in Serpukhov had opened a criminal case after a hooligan attacked a volunteer at the office of the volunteer movement in Protvino, Moscow region. It is noted that the incident occurred on May 11. The criminal case was initiated under Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Hooliganism"). The person involved faces a fine in the amount of 500 thousand to 1 million rubles.
