With the participation of the Moskvich automobile plant, the largest taxi service in Cuba will be organized in terms of planned transportation. Representatives of the capital's enterprise announced this in their Telegram channel on May 13.

The company said that a taxi company with Moskvich cars will appear in Havana in a few months. The first batch of cars delivered to Cuba included 25 Moskvich 3 crossovers and the same number of Moskvich 3e electric vehicles. Autonomous solar power plants with charging stations will be sent to Havana along with the cars.

"For the smooth operation of the taxi company, Cuban specialists will be trained at the Moskvich plant's training center and will receive full remote technical support," the plant noted.

The other day, the plant hosted the President of the Republic of Cuba, Miguel Diaz-Canel, the company also said. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin presented him with a gift certificate for ten Moskvich 6 cars as a sign of friendship and cooperation.

On May 7, it was reported that the Moskvich 3 RU crossover, prepared for drivers with disabilities, went on sale. A price list for the model appeared on the official website of the brand, its price is 1.94 million rubles.

On May 6, it became known that Moskvich 2025 cars increased in price by 38-53 thousand rubles. The current year's Moskvich 3 crossover now costs at least 1.8 million rubles. This is the basic version with a 1.5-liter turbo engine and a manual transmission. A modification with a CVT costs 100,000 rubles more. The top-end package will cost 2.04 million rubles.
