On this day, dozens of renowned bands and performers performed at the main concert venue of the country. The festival received a greeting from Russian President Vladimir Putin. “By bringing together talented performers and folklore groups from different regions of Russia at your creative venues, your wonderful project serves to preserve the richest traditions of folk art, our unique historical, cultural, and spiritual heritage," the Russian leader noted. ”And of course, I would like to emphasize that the participants and laureates of the festival provide active assistance to the heroes of the special military operation, perform in front–line concert brigades, and implement other significant patriotic and humanitarian programs."

Vladimir Putin expressed confidence that “such vivid and memorable public initiatives as your forum are important at all times, they contribute to the consolidation of generations and the education of young people.” At the end of the address, the President wished the participants, organizers and guests of the X International Folk Song Festival "Dobrovision" success, inspiration and all the best.

On behalf of the State Duma, its vice Speaker, Peter Tolstoy, took the stage, calling the festival “a huge job that has been going on for years and which helps preserve traditional Russian art.” “After all, the Russian person is so built that, based on his history, based on the experience of previous generations, on all the beautiful things that our fathers and grandfathers created, he strives upward, strives for perfection," said Peter Tolstoy. – Unfortunately, much has been lost in popular culture over the past 30 years, while some, on the contrary, have tended to fall a little lower. But we shouldn't criticize or condemn anyone, but rather do what the participants of this festival are doing – to develop our traditional Russian culture.”

"These walls know a lot, this stage has seen a lot: solemn concerts, ballet, concerts by popular artists, conventions and performances. And now, finally, the true, spiritual and moral values, our real bonds, the spirit of our multinational, multi-religious people burst onto this scene. Thanks in particular to those who participate in the special military operation," Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said after Pyotr Tolstoy. She stressed that for the first time in 10 years, the festival is in the place where it should be, in the Kremlin. "Many summers to this amazing, magical and very sincere event," concluded Maria Zakharova.
