- Danish police have removed Greta Thunberg and more than 50 eco-activists from the Maersk Tanker office

Danish police forcibly removed over 50 environmental activists from the office of Maersk Tanker, a subsidiary of logistics giant Maersk. Swedish eco-activist Greta Thunberg participated in the action. This was reported on May 13 by the Danish radio Danmarks radio.
The protest was organized by the Green Youth Movement, stating in a press release that the action was directed against "Maersk's role in the climate crisis." The demonstrators entered the building to express their disagreement with the company's environmental policy.
It is specified that information about the intrusion into the activists' office was received by the police on Tuesday morning. The guards suggested that the participants of the action voluntarily leave the premises of Maersk Tanker. Those who refused were forcibly removed, and charges of illegal entry into the building were brought against them.
Polish radio station RMF FM reported on May 5 that eco-activists from the Ostatnie Pokolenie movement glued their palms to the Poniatowski Bridge in Warsaw. The activists demanded that the Polish authorities increase investments in transport infrastructure, introduce a single ticket, and arrange a meeting with Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk.
