The Investigative Committee of the Primorsky Territory opened a criminal case after a man fell from the 19th floor of a building under construction in Vladivostok. The incident occurred in early May at a construction site on Makovsky Street.

It was established that safety rules were violated at the construction site of a multi-storey building: protective fences were not installed. As a result, the worker fell from the 19th floor and died.

According to the PrimaMedia news agency, the case was initiated under the article "Violation of safety rules at facilities."
