In Primorye, a criminal case was opened on a cartel for 121 million rubles.

A criminal case was opened in Primorsky Krai on a cartel worth more than 120 million rubles. This was announced on Tuesday, May 13, by the Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) for the region.
"Three business entities are suspected of concluding and implementing an anti—competitive agreement in order to maintain prices at auctions for coal transportation by road," the agency said in a Telegram post.
It is specified that the auction was held for the needs of a heat supply company in Primorye.
According to the regional FAS, the parties won the bidding with minimal price reductions.
In total, the total amount of the initial maximum contract price was more than 121 million rubles.
Earlier, on May 30, the FAS fined the National Non-Metallic Company for failure to provide information. During the monitoring process, the service discovered an increase in prices for crushed stone of the M 1000 brand and contacted JSC NOC with a request to provide information on the cost of production, price changes and the reasons for their growth from the company's branches in the Novosibirsk region.
