A multifunctional cultural and leisure center for more than 860 visitors will be built in the village of Rasskazovka in the Vnukovo district of Moscow. This was announced on Monday, May 12, by Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor of the capital for Urban Planning and Construction.
