Pavel Andreev Street in Moscow was flooded with boiling water due to a pipe break. This was reported on May 12 by a correspondent of Izvestia.

Employees of the emergency service and the Ministry of Emergency Situations are working at the site. They control traffic and keep pedestrians away from the site of the communal accident.
